Communication

I will return your call within 24 hours, and typically within the day.
I am available most weekends if needed, so you can always get an update or clarification on an issue.
If I am not available for any reason, I will provide an associate who can be on-site.

Should you have privacy, health, or other concerns I will work with you on the best way to find the right property while keeping your sale quiet or to minimize the time you spend visiting.

Help

I specialize in helping you understand all of the facets of home purchase and long term enjoyment.
I will schedule and meet with all of the inspectors needed for the property features, including General Inspector, Roof, HVAC, Pest, Pool, Well, or other specialized inspector.
