What you can expect

Communication

I will return your call within 24 hours, and typically within the day.
I am available most weekends if needed, so you can always get an update or clarification on an issue.
If I am not available for any reason, I will provide an associate who can be on-site.
I will provide you with a long list of satisfied customers.

Honesty

I will provide a fair evaluation of your property based on comparables, research, and my knowledge of current market conditions.
I will explain the options and benefits of pricing high, low, or middle and what upgrades will help you sell faster and which aren't necessary.
I will use the best performing marketing vehicles for your individual situation. These may include professional staging, a great photographer, video, website, MLS posting, advertisements, social media, open house, broker tours or other ways to reach your target buyers.
Should you have privacy concerns I will work with you on the best way to market while keeping your sale quiet.
I am on your side and will always keep your best interests in mind throughout the entire process.
I keep good lines of communication open with the buyer agents who are necessary for our sale. I always adhere to the best Realtor ethics.

Help

I specialize in helping you stage your home and can provide direction, furniture, and props to increase appeal.
I will schedule and meet with all of the inspectors requested by the Buyer's Agent, including General Inspector, Roof, HVAC, Pest, Pool, Well, or other specialized inspector.

Updates

If your property needs updating, staging, or landscaping, I will be more than happy to recommend, schedule and meet with tradespeople or vendors needed to prepare the property for best showing. Seller will contract directly with the vendors.
